Show Me the Money & Take Me to Closing
This course presents basic concepts regarding the mortgage process and the closing process. This course will help the real estate agent understand the mortgage process of getting a Buyer from loan application through appraisal to closing. We will cover types of loans, how to effectively complete a contract for the purchase and sale of real property regarding a Seller’s contribution to a buyer’s closing costs and financing contingency exhibits. Additionally, this course describes the closing process and the role of the attorney. Topics include title issues, types of deeds, documents that the Buyer & Seller sign at closing and understanding a Closing Disclosure.
